Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Polysorbate 60. Nonionic Emulsifying Wax NF4003 by Fumei is a nonionic emulsifying wax consisting of vegetable and mineral-derived emulsifiers and stabilizers. It is self-emulsifying, highly stable in acidic and basic media, and highly compatible with most pharmaceutical and cosmetic ingredients. It forms a lamellar liquid crystal structure which can improve the skin feeling of the emulsion, promote time-release hydration, and enhance the moisturizing effect.
